Winter Horse Blankets Rambo
Miniature horse owners-did you know about Mini Rambo blankets?
OMG OMG OMG. Ok so my big horses always were Rambo blankets like for the winter. I bought a mini and of course she needs a blanket too. I googled mini horse blankets and all the ones I found looked cheap and had no labels. I went on ebay (apparently DOES have everything haha) and saw this : http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-RAMBO-MINIATURE-horse-turnout-blanket-rug-NR_W0QQitemZ140359504019QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item20ae141093
So my question is:
Have you owned one for your mini- if so WHERE in the WORLD did you buy it because like i said thats the only one ive ever seen for sale!!!
My mini has such a heavy coat that I only blanket in the worst of weather. There are supplies that specialize in mini blankets and most tack catalogs carry them. Such as vally vet, country vet, etc.
I only use a medium blanket on our mini.

Rambo: First Blood Part II - Widescreen Dolby $6.99 The dark-horse box-office hit First Blood spawned this even more successful sequel in which Sylvester Stallone, reprising his role as ex-Green Beret loner John Rambo, is extricated from prison by his former superior Colonel Trautman (Richard Crenna) for a top-secret operation to bring back POWs still held in Vietnam. Teamed up with a female Vietnamese freedom fighter (Julia Nickson), Rambo embarks on a "reconnaissance" mission. A love interest develops in the beautiful young guide -- she dies by enemy fire; he seeks revenge. Of course, there are also corrupt American officials behind the mission, and Rambo saves them for last. Over the course of the film, Rambo kills enough communist bad guys to fill the Rose Bowl, using everything from fishing line to exploding arrowheads to rocket launchers. Stallone mumbles, grunts, and groans his way through this laughable and often insulting film intended to exploit anti-communist fervor at the height of the Reagan years. ~ Jeremy Beday, All Movie Guide |

Rambo: Ultimate Collection [3 Pack / WS] - Widescreen Dolby $19.99 Includes:First Blood (1982), MPAA Rating: R Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985), MPAA Rating: R Rambo III (1988), MPAA Rating: R First Blood First Blood is the Sylvester Stallone film that unleashed "Rambo" onto an unsuspecting world. Wandering into a small, hostile town, ex-Green Beret John Rambo (Stallone) is targeted for persecution and abuse by potbellied Sheriff Will Teasle (Brian Dennehy). When he can stand no more, Rambo goes bonkers, killing a deputy and heading into the surrounding hills, armed to the teeth. Only after Rambo has picked off practically every law enforcement officer within a radius of 50 miles do the local authorities bring in his former commanding officer, Trautman (Richard Crenna), for advice. Trautman's response -- that the locals had better get a lot of body bags ready -- is hardly encouraging. First Blood proved to be one of Stallone's biggest non-Rocky hits. Kirk Douglas had originally been cast as Trautman, but he quit the project when the producers refused to cave in to his demand that Trautman kill Rambo in the finale. ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide Rambo: First Blood Part II The dark-horse box-office hit First Blood spawned this even more successful sequel in which Sylvester Stallone, reprising his role as ex-Green Beret loner John Rambo, is extricated from prison by his former superior Colonel Trautman (Richard Crenna) for a top-secret operation to bring back POWs still held in Vietnam. Trautman is to lead a mission to aid the mujahedeen rebels fighting the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, but the Buddhist Rambo turns his friend down. When the mission goes awry and Trautman is subsequently captured and tortured within a prison fortress, Rambo launches a rescue effort of his own, armed with his trademark bow and exploding arrows. Along the way, he allies himself with the freedom fighters and runs afoul of the villainous Russian commander Zaysen (Marc de Jonge). At the time of its release, Rambo III -- released in the same month in 1988 that Russian troops began withdrawing from Afghanistan -- was |
